Hello everyone,

I'm Brian from Southern California. Los Angeles area to be more specific. I have been involved in real estate transactions for about 13 years now and I have a new interest in wholesaling and light fixers. I currently have 2 rentals left in Arizona and am starting to migrate away from rentals.

If there is anyone in my area that has an interest in working on some stuff together I'd love to hear from you.
