Hello from Alaska.

We are Nate & Sharon Shaw, a husband and wife investing team.

We have lived in Alaska for 8+ years. Recently transplanted from North Pole to Wasilla.

We are looking to expand our knowledge in real estate investing and network with other investors.

We own 5 rentals and land. We've done a 10-31 exchange.

And now that we are in a location with a bigger market we're hitting the ground running.
