They liked getting current fast so we kept our word and ended up owning the property for net cost of 1,500.the other thing that is just an hour drive from you folks is literally a million empty lots in san berdo and Riverside county .. you can pick those up dirt cheap NO PUN INTENDED and then sell on contract so your a REAL investor .. not a unlicensed middle man with a very tough gig and they dont know it until they try it..
