Hello All, I am new to the forums but have listened to the Podcasts for years.

Host a podcast all about it and some group events in my local area too.

I was just on the BP Rookie podcast, talking about virtual assistants, and this community has been incredibly welcoming.

You'll end up spending countless hours trying to analyze all the numbers, and in the end you still won't know what house to buy.Our grandparents didn't have all these research tools, podcasts, books, and other resources, and they still managed to invest in real estate. 

In retrospect, I wish I had been a bit more patient and pursued a multi-family option to take advantage of house hacking.As a newcomer to this field, I’ve been following the BiggerPockets forums and podcast for quite some time now.

My journey started by listening to literally hundreds of episodes of the BP podcast, and taking notes on which guests had investment strategies that I could see myself trying.
