Hello All, I am new to the forums but have listened to the Podcasts for years. I own a couple of investment properties, Short term and long term and have sold a couple. I am looking to get back into growing my investments in RE. My primary residence is central PA but split time between New Hampshire, Central PA, Central Jersey, and NW PA.
