As I've grown my MTR business, operations has been my focus point.

They are successful because they are unique and well marketed on Instagram (organic following with some influencer stays, too).  

Effective remote management hinges on strong organization, reliable local contacts, and leveraging technology for efficient communication and oversight. 

There are lots of organizations that help people, but those who need the help need to ask for it.

As a grown up I learned to take life as is, not live in a fantasy world and ,above all, value the TRUTH, no matter how bitter it is.P.S.

It will help keep you organized, streamline your communications about the repair both to the tenant and to whatever trade person you use to do the work and make your bookkeeping related to the repair easy.

I personally, being on the NAR Board, at multiples levels of the organization, and being heavily involved on the lobbying/legal side have been way ahead of the curve on this stuff. 

This can be evident in the current cases against former President Trump and his web of companies within the Trump Organization. 

I recently connected with a gal through a BP meetup and want to try and organize a partnership.
