I was primarily interested in pooling resources with other rental property owners to take advantage of economies of scale and divide the cost proportionately among property owners.

What are some of the tools and tips you guys use to divide a market and see which sub markets have which kinds of property classes? 

., Fort Worth, Texas 76103 on Thursday nights.DFW REI Club – dfwreiclub.com – Meets about 2x-4x month, normally on Saturday morning from about 9am-12noon at Manhattan Plaza 6850 Manhattan Blvd, Suite 205 Fort Worth, TX 76120.

I just want to know if there is an industry standard or convention in this situation for how these things are divided up between the PMC and on-site management.

Now that from May we are entering October and this morning I get an email from Ross that Citrona Homes is not under any obligation of management and if I am unhappy I can move my management and that units are not guaranteed, ROI is not guaranteed and rehab may go until end of October, again nothing confirmed..........where as when they sold me the properties they had a total different scenario.

I’m currently in the process of refinance with Lori Davis from Insula… appraisal was done this morning…
