Boston market and surrounding burbs are exploding due to the tech scene.

But, our housing supply isn't keeping up, so Seattle rents are exploding and forcing out ordinary tenants, who then can then only migrate North and South, to Snohomish and Pierce counties. 

I personally love most parts of Walnut Hills and think there's parts that are already moving in the right direction and other parts that are on the cusp of exploding... especially with the huge interchange coming in. 

Honestly having something that I am finally passionate about has my brain exploding.  

Of course most Oregonians don't think the way I do LOL.Oregon is the number one in migration state right now.. and its exploding with the over flow.. every time CA runs up in values we get the equity transfers and nice boost to the local economy here.I think one thing that does not get talked about is the Ethnic diversification of the Bay Area..

I have lived in New Braunfels for some 20 years now and I have watched it just explode.  

I think the area is on track to explode soon - CDA, PF and Hayden pretty much touch now and they're creeping closer and closer to Spokane all the time.

I dont have the law off the top of my head but Indiana Electric and Power discovered that the old meters tended to explode once reconnected after awhile.

This market has exploded since we purchased last year.So the question is: Where do we go from here?
