My top recommendation is to begin by contacting property management companies in each target area.

It would just need to be a situation where they have great contact with the person doing that managing of the project (I.e. have known the person for years, great reputation, person has experience in flipping etc.).

Self-Storage gets good rent but it can be a hassle to manage & deal with.

They claim to be a “ professional money manager’, wealth manager, investment manager, financial advisor, etc.  

They held a webinar for the Ekahi fund and told them they fired the property management, false they quit due to lack of funds.

It's best to have a house manager.
