Safe to say we know and Like the business - and John is correct, IT IS A business.However, I've owned about a hundred single family rentals and over 400 multi-family properties - and it was the darkest period of my journey as an entrepreneur.

I know I can do this and I'm so thankful for the knowledge and to continue to learn more and grow as a mother, born leader, and entrepreneur/business woman.

You have to do the work and you have to think like an entrepreneur because that's exactly what you are in this business.

Having the right mindset and managing expectations is a requirement non-negotiable for any business owner or entrepreneur when starting a new business.

I won't go into my perspective of why this is the case unless you want to hear.The main takeaway here is that only you can understand and decide if you are wanting to truly be an entrepreneur and a 'sole proprietor'. 

We only hear about the successes but for every 1 successful entrepreneur there are a million failed ones.Not trying to be discouraging but I have a ton of investors who work high paying W2 jobs and aggressively save/invest all their money with me.
