Opportunity for Passive Income?

Hello all,

I have been reading up on other "small businesses" or ventures to try and create avenues for passive income. Many people have mentioned vending machines and I have some friends who are researching ATM's, but my question is about owning storage unit complexes.

I am just beginning my research of this topic but wanted to try and get any knowledge from those who may personally know about it. For the most part it appears to be pretty labor free(not constantly restocking machines). And you can hire a manager to run the office during the week. But any and all input would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!
