Clients now only use what they need & not much more.We have it duly written into all of our Leases, so it's fully disclosed and we engage all prospective Tenants in an honest conversation about paying all of their bills before they move in. 

We closed the deal, and I walked away with a $5,000 assignment fee.The real value of this deal wasn’t the money—it was the confidence it gave me.

It just gives you more confidence in your decisions.That being said, it's totally doable to buy without visiting, especially if you build a strong local team.

Keep learning and absorbing all you can—it'll make you more confident in your decisions.

Those that are truly committed to learning and open to engaging I have seen make the most progress.
