@Robert Moxley I say "one and only shot" really more for emphasis i guess.

Would love to get your personal take and thinking on this as maybe I'm putting too much emphasis on these specific aspects.

I am interested in finding a CPA located in the greater LA area who has more of an emphasis on legacy and estate planning.  

Also I want to emphasis and try to impress upon you that getting a loan is not "getting a loan"  you are purchasing a product and the interest is the amount you pay for that product in the case of a loan.  

Less emphasis on MY ability to pay the debt.

Jessica Zolotorofe I think you have great points and thats why I am looking for a lawyer with primary emphasis on real estate.

People who know me will tell you I put very little emphasis on credentials, education, etc. but honestly if someone is in public accounting for 5 years but not a CPA it tells me they don't take life seriously.

I put huge emphasis on members doing deals together and my members stay and network for hours after the meetings end.
