Your going to end up with ulcers and a drinking problem.

Hi BP family, I am coming to Atlanta on Feb 9th through 16th and would love to meet up and chat with experienced investors and wholesalers (bf, lunch, dinner, drinks is on me) I am new to RE and want to pick the brains of the ones who been there done that. 

My options are...as I see them:---Buy one property/year and hope for massive appreciation (not likely in OKC) leaving me with 7 properties in 5 years...that may or may not meet my goal---sit tight for 1 year and start a BRRR funnel while saving and drinking from the information firehose.

@John Woodrich ........there’s been a few nights of beer drinking in my life where I wished I could just switch my status to “account closed” and disappear the next day Great answer to her question though, do you think it’s worth getting contractors license considering my situation?

I am available anytime Sunday for coffee or lunch and Saturday late afternoon for a drink. 

Maybe if it works out we can grab a coffee or a drink next time I’m down there.

It might be because we don't laugh at their obscene jokes or go drinking with them or act worldly.

It'll feel like drinking from a fire hose at first as you see how broad 'real estate investing' is as a topic, but there are a lot of great people here very knowledgeable on a broad range of topics and experts in nearly every market.
