I am a dentist otherwise, and enjoy that profession a lot, and am adding to my skill set.

Real estate is a local business, and one of my company's specialties is working with local businesses like doctors and dentists to market their business online.What I've done is combine all of the cutting edge real estate online marketing strategies with local business online marketing strategies to create Commando Leads System.

You run into the occasional doctor or dentist that buys a property that they can't handle (due to time and distance) and just want to get out of but it is rare and the apartment brokers typically have a long list of buyers that will snatch up any decent deal.

I might try some small business, or perhaps try to find direct Dentist resources to advertise.I suppose it's only been a couple weeks, but still no bites.  

I just had another unit turn over, two dentists making well over half a mil a year.

Not sure how large of a metro area you are in but in larger areas there are medical brokers who specialize in doctors and dentists of all sorts.  

You can find the type of tenants you would like, insurance agents, dentists, CPA, attorney, engineer, whatever, meet them and ask if they would be interested in a space! 

It can either be someone you know like a relative or friend, It could also be someone you find that has money they are looking to lend, Doctor, lawyer, dentist, contractor, etc.

Just like you have one with your significant other, your doctor, your dentist, etc.

Your better alternative is to find a money partner or a private lender (friend, family member, associate, doctor, dentist, attorney, anyone you may know who would have liquid funds) and borrow from them after providing to them a fully laid out plan with all the numbers and the worst case scenario played out. if you can not get your lenders pricniple and interest paid out in a worst case scenario, you have not contracted a good enough deal in my opinion.
