Positive affirmations are critical in this niche atleast for me because it can be depressing and defeating at times dealing with these people and the locals .I have not done this long and I’m learning as I go .

The good news is the bed bugs didn't infest any other units and the unit they were in got them under control and the bugs were eventually defeated.

@Amber C.You can but that would defeat the protection of the LLC as you will demonstrate that the LLC is an alter ego and as such would be totally disregarded.

These can be very inspiring but also very dangerous and defeating.  

<1500 sqft, you oughta be fine with gable vents (often the screened openings at the left and right sides of the home if you’re facing it from the street), 1500+ sqft should have some combination of soffit, gable, pot, and ridge ventilation, but too much ventilation can actually become self defeating.

Also made me realize that no matter how hard I work for someone, it really doesn't matter to them.... which makes you feel defeated and exhausted. 

Meaning, you will have gaps and compression points that defeat the attractiveness and functionality of the flooring.
