Hi everyone, I'm currently 25 and a complete newbie to BiggerPockets. I currently live in Vancouver, BC but am rarely home as I travel for 10 months out of the year for work. My aim is to buy my first rental property in late 2020, however I would like to buy a property in Saskatchewan, 2 provinces down from where I live as my first rental. I currently struggle with being out of town (or country) for such a long time and just trying to figure out what to do.

I joined BiggerPockets to learn and make connections and overall relationships in this crazy real estate market.

Thank you
-Gary

@Justin Windham Thank you for the warm welcome! I will definitely check out the links you suggested.
