Tenants would let friends come over to wash clothes, hook a hose up to wash cars during the summers and leave the hose going for hours, not report any leaks, etc.Yes you can use outside companies or bill the difference but the end of the day the landlord has to bring up the difference if there is not 100% compliance which I have not seen.

. :)Tenancy is determined locally, here if they have furniture there, they are not guests, if they hand clothing, more than a traveler might have, they may be a tenant.

You can always wear heavy clothes if your really afraid of them a simple leather jacket and heavy garb on the rest of your body would suffice but the hard part is wearing all that in Florida. you bring protective clothes in your car and change when you get back to it.

To quickly remove these from PORCELAIN, use plumber's "OPEN MESH CLOTH" - you can buy it in the plumbing section at Lowes (and at other stores by other names) It comes on a roll.

More than once I have smoked marijuana, and then gone to talk to a police officer - he was none the wiser and could not smell anything on my clothing or breath.Personally, I hate the smell of cigarettes and won't allow them on my property, that is an entirely different sort of stench that sinks into everything.

You could try using a shade cloth, pop out the fiberglass sections and weave the cloth between, or even just buy one large enough to cover the whole section. same concept as below, just on a wall.Or you could just build a privacy screen out of wood, pop out the fiberglass sections and replace with some form of wood pattern.
