Unique issue with a REO home preventing investigation

I have a REO home that I am interested in however there is a very unique situation.

On the outside of one corner the siding has rotted out completely and the home has been vacant for over 2 years. Roof leaks, termite damages, moisture damages and mold etc...The bank held it and just listed it for sale.

All of the above issues are expected.

However, the spot where the siding has rotted out, it's literally swarming with several dozens of hornets or bees. They are flying in and out of that rotted hole and I can count over two dozens of them flying around the area, I don't know how many are inside that hole, but the bees prevented me from even entering that side of the yard and the swimming pool area.

I think I have seen enough to be able to work some numbers and make a bid. Cash offer, as is with right to inspect.

However I am also pretty sure inspection of the attic, roof and that general area is impossible with a nest of bees or hornets.

What is the best way to resolve this? Can I put in a contingency in my offer to the bank to require the nest to be exterminated prior to inspection? My agent said that bank doesn't care.

I don't want to throw away my own money and pay $300 to hire someone to zap the nest either.

Ideas?

We need honey bees. Call a beekeeper who will remove them for free. Please don't kill them.
