Real estate is a people's Buisness and more and more people are trying to avoid confrontation to get deals.

His website said 60 day refund no hassle, no question. but if you contact his support team they never reply back. i confronted him on his instragram, and he blocked me.

He has a ton of equity in the home (owes $275K, home is worth $500K+), but he is not interested in selling, and was somewhat confrontational (verbally) when I knocked on his door.  

WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM I WAS TOLD TO PAY OR GET OUT! 

Be prepared to deal with things you never imagined you'd be confronted with.  

He seems to like the confrontation and redeeming an area. 

She sends blurry cell phone pictures of the "extra mess" or "oh my god they had a party" and I say "ok" just to avoid confrontation and to keep her happy because I'm 4 hours away and need her.
