How to Generate Leads??

I'm a newbie to REI..Been at for about a month and a half now here in The San Antonio area. I've noticed its a shark tank. I've been doing a Direct Mailing and Driving for dollars. I hope to get the ball rolling. My question is, is there an easier way to get Probate lists, Absentee owners, Tax Lien lists? I know I should be mailing out tons of letters and post cards but I'm only doing about 20 a week.

I've been investing in San Antonio for almost 4 years now and mailing has completely gone extinct.

You really want deals.. go door knocking. Literally every door telling home owners what you do.

That's the best way to get in front of people and actually build relationships.

Real estate is a people's Buisness and more and more people are trying to avoid confrontation to get deals.

So door knocking is the most effective way.
