When you have turnover I think it is fine to get that if you want to and are ready to comply with the stringent laws.

While I was on the phone with her she had slightly threatened me with asking for her deposit back so I think I'll find a way to be sure she knows it was her idea and that I am complying with her wishes to terminate.
