I've classified the heat map as dark green = D, light green = C, yellow = B and pink = A.  

Oh and yes, our LLC is S Corp tax classified.

Hey BP,I recently shared that I went old school and started using classified ads to target motivated sellers.

Just curious but I haven't really started to learn yet about markets which I will soon but is sheboygan a good market to start out in and would you classify it as a growing market?
