He tried to contact many suppliers as possible and even give some good discounts at them to keep them coming back for more which was a good move to him.

I'm in a major city, so we have some niche suppliers that have incredible pricing - if you *know* there's a store that sells doors & moldings, or the factory that builds cat-trees for Costco that sells carpet pad for $30 a roll, or the drywall supply house, etc.

there are a TON of these that are lemon lawed because BMWs supplier didnt get a fix for it very quickly so they just kept replacing bad fuel pumps with ones they knew were going to go bad pretty quick.

The temptation to juice the returns by selecting the low-cost supplier will be unbearable.

I always want a lien waiver signed by him and the supplier.

We have a supplier in Dallas that has pricing like that.

@Jerry KisasonakWe source it through one of our suppliers - any flooring outfit who does commercial buildings will have it.

I would be interested in their input on selecting suppliers.

This both allows us to purchase in 20l (5usg) pails and to send anyone to the supplier for "bedroom paint" and be certain about what will be brought back.
