So if someone were to say "Sally from Sally's Dress shop was so Rude to me, I was in the shop yesterday and asked to used the bathroom and she said "no"" Sally could then respond "There was a parade outside my shop yesterday, and I posted on the front door that the bathroom was for customers only.

In other markets, flippers do not get dressed for $20K but then they are paying $400K for properties.

He made sacrifices when he was young and bought property instead, and it's paid off.He always told me that when he worked at as a loan originator for 20+ years the first red flag he saw in people at the bank was how nicely they were dressed.
