Another of Toronto's finest tenants, but al least this fellow has a little style.

I feel for that landlord but this is avoidable. Landlord should have never signed a lease without receiving payment via cash or cashier's check. LL should have never given keys to tenant. This more than likely would have been avoided if LL performed tenant credit checks. Happy Investing and don't be this LL!!
