San Antonio's market is the best of both worlds.

It’s on top of a mountain and has world class views of the mountains/foothills to the east, south, and north.

In the heavily marketed syndication world, my first one is alignment of interest.  

These contracts and discussions within the community are augmented by the real world applications of the same, as well as the corporate structure necessary to provide all the protections and benefits.

They are a crap shoot, Often blame the world for their hard knocks in life, have very low social skills and all have inflated scenes of entitlement.

Also next year Epic world opens and will bring in even more tourists....Good luck
