Hi everyone, I listed multiple properties in Rotonda West, Florida.

Baltimore was undertaking a renewal and I purchased a bldg. near downtown on the west side.

Seaside Oregon is an option for an STR permit on the west side of town.

Pre 2016 it was the wild west - no regs at all.

Seller concessions are possible now that the market is no longer the wild west.

You could sell this one and buy houses in the mid-west that are sturdy and don't have insane insurance costs. 

We live out west, too, and vacation in Bend often.

Mike,  Pace cant take credit for that  TC have been around for decades at least in West coast brokerages..

Out our way our connection fees and building permits alone are 40 to 80k per lot.. thats one reason West coast is so high not to mention the lots sell for 150 to 250k each so your at 200 to 300k before you put a spade in the ground and turn dirt..
