San Antonio has some great investment opportunities.

I just went to a presentation put on by Ignite Funding in San Diego. 

I'm looking to connect with anyone who is doing or has done RCFE (Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly) or ARF (Adult Residential Care Facilities) in San Diego county. 

The support from the RTR team has been invaluable.Looking ahead, I'm eager to explore creative opportunities in real estate, particularly with the unique mid-term rental options in San Antonio.

Not once in the last 16 years. check out the stats for San Diego.By the way I believe you can succeed in both markets (high cash flow/low appreciation & low cash flow/high appreciation) but best odds are if you are intimate with the market.

I recently read that the City of San Jose will be the 1st to allow homeowners to sell their ADU separately from the primary.

A 3 br, 2 Ba, 1000’ class c property will have similar maintenance/cap ex if it rents for $1k or $4k (San Diego market).  

I sold all of my notes to fund physical RE but will eventually get back to paper.If youre ever down here in San Diego, id love to treat you to lunch or dinner.
