I have a client that is asking me to manage a short term rental for them and i wanted to get some insight from anyone thats managing an STR currently as I have no experience in this field.

The population here is rising and development increasing,  Form me, I remember when Allen was basically a field.

So Fed, by design, is always working from the back-field on things, but trying to steer the future, via the past, lol.

Sometimes it's used by rental agents who are trying to lure potential clients in with a bait and switch.When they field the calls from potential renters, they explain that the place has been rented but they have a few similar listings available.

I want nothing more to break into the field with my first deal.
