New investor super eager to learn, what's the best way to fund a deal?
Hi everyone,
Like you once were, I am looking to buy my first rental property but I don't exactly have the capital (except for some money in a 401K). I want to start off by saying that I am a Zillow sicko. I wake up and check the app and I go to sleep glued to the app. I want nothing more to break into the field with my first deal.
