Hello everyone, I recently came across a larger quantity of mobile home parks and would like advice from a more seasoned MHP investor that has ample expertise in the field. Much of my knowledge is with single family homes so this is out of my current scope. I was hoping to connect with individuals in the space that would be able to help guide me through this process.
