I paid a substantial $15,000 initiation fee to join this community and was assigned to invest in a Midwest City.Initially, I was optimistic as I was provided with a General Contractor and Real Estate Agent for my team.

I'm not in KC currently but I'd be interested in joining another time.

They just announced they were bought out by Bigger Pockets and will be joining the company under the name PassivePockets and I can't wait to continue to learn with them.Given the required time and number of transactions needed to get the right people for these I do not have the time to do it.  

Join a mastermind real estate group or community, or find a local real estate investor expert.

Great to join an awesome community of real estate investors.

Maybe join a real estate group like Unexpected Investor and get wisdom from other investors and most importantly like Nathan said take action. 

My reason for joining this team is because i am ready to achieve what I have been put on this planet to do and that is to help people who are struggling but, I cannot do that without a team and resources to help me along the way.

If there is a dynamite brokerage that specializes in commercial I would see if you can intern or join.
