Investing in St Joseph and Kansas, Missouri hoping to connect with others in the area

I'm no exactly new to BP but have never introduced myself or gotten involved. I have been investing in Kansas City and St Joe since just before the pandemic. I’ve completed two rehabs and currently have 10 doors between the two cities, so I’ve had some experiences and have some battle scars. I’m looking to connect with others about investing in these areas, whether to provide support and hopefully guidance to avoid landmines or to learn and gain insight and share resources in order to gain strength though shared successes, challenges and ideas
