Best thing to do is to pour a concrete slab in the back yard on the rear of the property and put the grill on that spot.

Imagine never being able to buy anything again!

Imagine how quick even a 10% structure savings would pay that off.  

My mind imagined it being $50-100k even at most.

If this system is not out there, I would imagine there would be strong demand for the first person to create a operating system solely for real estate investors.Cheers!

In December, my wife and I bought an old 1984 3/2 split level home with a walkout basement in a great area of Raleigh NC and spent the next 5 months renovating it, spending a little over $40k and pouring every ounce of energy and time we had into it.

I imagine it's similar to St Louis but I'd be willing to bet it has more going for it and better appreciation.Happy to share some resources, learnings, and even history/performance of my rentals I've had for 5+ years.

Imagine you have cancelled your umbrella, then you learn you have not been maintaining your LLCs properly and get a lawsuit. 

Can you imagine taking the time to find a new place, pay the despair, set up utilities, arrange for a moving truck/company, packing and unpacking everything, changing addresses everywhere, etc etc etc.

If I see a note investor offering this to investors, then I can only imagine the risk profile of these assets.
