Reach in you wallet and get a HVAC or Electrician out there to give each unit full control of the heat and AC on their floor.

Hello, I'm trying to see to some health and safety issues for an older home in Petaluma CA.  

The electrical has some exposed wiring in the attic crawl space that needs to be in a junction box and to restore power ...

I'm sure you can buy a charging station on Amazon and then get an electrician to install it.I will likely rent a trencher put in some 240VAC direct burial cable and hook it up myself.  

@Joe Splitrock  there was no real push back on the initial breakage because the tenants saw how bad the damage was from the storm and we finagled getting the power up sooner by flagging down a crew from down south who were driving by as soon as my electrician was done so it was a half day no generator.   

I am currently an apprentice electrician and very motivated to get into real estate investing.

I also had a few because the regular outlets were not grounded in places which requires an electrician to fix them but is not major.

I’m in the process of buying another property and once it closes we’ll have to immediately install new smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors which he’ll have to take time from the apartment project to coordinate with the electrician on.

I focused on these areas due to the market pricing and wanting to not eat a heavy loss as I make a few learning mistakes.I am a Certified Electrician in San Francisco, California.

Should I call a licensed electrician to remove it and dump it?

I am also an residential electrician with many contacts including a couple friends who are general contractors, a friend who is in HVAC, and close neighbor who owns a plumbing business.
