Gist of the idea is you develop your marketing advertisement (think: car magnet), hire a driver who is already actively driving around (Lyft, Uber, etc), and have someone (or many someones) marketing your company while they drive.

Probably not .. its apples to Oranges .. so when you talk about all your deals in Tacoma that's great for you. but you are not a starter investor just like I am not.. so what works for us is totally not realistic for beginners..

Those are the two major players when trying to make an apples to apples comparison of debt vs no debt.A better question for what you are looking for would be: will an all cash purchase or a leveraged purchase yield a larger return?
