One Percent Rule
I was wondering if anybody know if any of the following states knows of single family or duplex investments in Southern California (preferably in San Diego), Texas (preferably in Austin), or Oregon (preferably in Portland) that is currently meeting or exceeding the 1% rule.
Thank you,
Ramy

YOu have absolutely no idea of what your talking about.. you can get cash flow in PDX and 1 % is attainable. To make a statement that Portalnd is doubltful if ANY CASH FLOW come on your showing your absolute lack of knowledge .... we know you only buy out of state and only for cash flow and only for companies that pay you... get real
