I would double check on AirDNA, rabbu, bnbcalc or STR Insights to make sure you can perform well there.you can still do well in a tough market or underperform in a strong one so definitely be picky about what you purchase and do some good analysis first.

This property will cash flow great for me regardless of if I add the additional units but it would definitely sweeten the deal.
