I bought a rental property last week and going to rent it out.

This only gives me three weeks!

However, the busier and more "successful" I got in my service business, the more it began to feel like a 9-5 but with hours more in the sunrise-to-sunset 6-7 day per week range. 

I am an investor and a flipper and literally just got my license last week.

I have one week ago and few days ago and I haven’t received a response.

Joined the site about a week ago and man is it full of useful information and helpful people.

I may choose to stay investing in the San Diego area (finding private money or other creative financing solution) or move forward with OOS investing in commercial multi-family (likely also using private money) where I can force appreciation.I am out of state traveling on business right now but would love to connect in-person over the coming weeks.

I just recently found this site a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed the great info BP provides and community of like-minded individuals helping each other reach their financial goals.  

Reaching out to a few is definitely a part of my homework for this week. 

A weekly phone call/email is nothing, and it lets them know you're staying on top of them.
