I found BiggerPockets last year watching YouTube videos on creative financing for deals and I have listened to almost every podcast at least once. 

I've been watching the Bigger Pockets blogs on YouTube for a few months now and the information is invaluable!

Some of the things I use to get inspired is listening to Zig Ziglar and other motivational speakers (plenty on youtube), reading books (Rich Dad Poor Dad, 4 Hour Work Week, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The Bible, etc...), and just reading about real estate success stories on BiggerPockets. 

It was about writing off real estate depreciation on taxes.And so, I started looking at this BP site, and it started to get me thinking, and realizing that this real estate investment thing looks like a great fit for what I want to do in the next 15-16 years before retirement.I've been reading, and watching the BP YouTube channel, and am looking at developing my strategy, and defining my niche.Looking forward to attending a meet-up some time soon, in the meantime, I might be the guy asking all kinds of questions..
