As a landlord I've used it three times and twice they were very helpful.The landlords have to give the 2 months' notice to the tenants and they should keep that as it outlines why they need to move.

Sometimes people will tell you that they could pay a little more if that means they can get accepted for the apartment, but let your applicant bring that topic up, not you.

Sort of like two businesses in one.Your CPA should be able to outline this info, but you will save money by owning the building outside of the S-Corp (according to my understanding).

Be sure to outline your criteria so you can filter out lots of the unqualified potential tenants.
