Hi Mack, generally in our market for that product, there aren't fees for buyer's brokers and most people end up reaching out to listing brokers to try to get on their email blast list when they list something.

Make sure you aren't paying points for the rate; you more or less know you will be refinancing in six months or so, so best not to buy down a rate that is only temporary anyways.
