If you get military people, they've already passed background checks.

Since they are paying for it I gave applicants the option of using smartmove for the credit and background check as cozy's check is more expensive but some still did it through cozy because it was seamless when filling out the application.

Well technically lowest number of houses in 15 years, but when adjusted for the fact that there are more houses now than 15 years ago, it becomes the lowest level ever.

So, with my construction background, I've been asked by several out of state and local investors if I could manage rehab projects for them.
