@Andrea Diaz Because of the affordability, great neighborhoods and schools, and good night life, Columbus has attracted a-lot of businesses to setup shop, hence the increase in population over areas like Cincinnati and Cleveland.

Hire a couple high school kids to go around 2-3 times a week (some kind of schedule) with a portable sewer dump tank to empty the sewers and water tanks to refill potable water.In North Dakota in the early 2010s people were setting up rv subdivisions in every large parking lot (think Walmart and Home Depot) to provide housing for the oil field workers.  

I was like.. it's gotta be better than the old school alternative, right?!

My only kid at the time was far from school age or playing outside alone age so specific location wasn't as important as price.

I had great training for this, taught middle and high school in C minus neighborhoods so guess what, many of the kids turned into renters ... it's an unbreakable tradition.
