This week, I found out that two of the properties I submitted offer last year got under contract.... with lower selling price than what I originally offered. 

My Realtor is asking my to provide a proof of funds letter before submitting my offer but I have no clue how to get one. 

No reason you can't write blogs, do a podcast, livestream, videos, to market yourself and your business.  

I will download the form and get it submitted.

As for the fingerprints, I have submitted everything for my backround check and passed my education requirements "168 hours" and just need to pass the state and national exam on Wednesday.

I'm stalling here because I keep coming across private lenders that want me to submit my app with the deal BUT I was taught through numerous sources that I should have funding lined up prior to going for the deals.
