Hello-I am in need of a structural engineer for an evaluation on a mixed use building in Dundee MI.

We have done several mini splits (both ducted and not ducted) in several different types of structures, including mobile homes, RV's, washateria made from a shipping container, and a warehouse office area.  

However, even with retrofits, the house could still suffer serious damage; from what I understand, even a retrofitted home could still be fairly likely to suffer damage so severe that the home would need to be condemned after a quake (again, I'm not an expert on this, that's just my understanding after reading a few articles).From what I've read, the experts say there's about a 43% chance of a magnitude 7 or greater quake in/around SLC in the next 50 years (for context, a 7+ quake would be devastating; they say 80-85% of homes would have moderate to severe damage, with the older brick homes in areas like Sugarhouse/U of U/ Aves experiencing about 70-100% structure loss).  

I need help structuring this deal? 

On a condo typically the hoa is going to cover structural insurance claims, and the owner would only have a HO-6 walls in policy.

Where did you get training, help on developing the structure?

Hi, I am looking for recommendations for firms that provide setting up correct entity structure (S-Corp on operating side / LLC on non-operating), and also provides tax prep and planning.

So this is my first property to have a GC I am building a relationship with give me a full cost breakdown structure (which I paid him $250 for, as I wanted it to be worth his time as I might need a ton of these before he gets work).
