@Linder Bennett I'll make some guesses at things here so I may not be 100% accurate on everything...but the concepts will be the same.Government backed loans (loans from FHA/VA/USDA/Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) have strict requirements for allowing Air BNB income to help you qualify.
