The are a couple of homes on the same street (Christina Court) that have been sitting a few weeks so I wonder if they are priced too aggressively.

Then I drove up and down most of the streets.

the wall is the the street facing wall, the building is a 3 stories multi, 1930'a, one unit per floor, I am positive there are at least 2 wythes of brick.

Hi BP,My partners and I were planning on flipping a 3 bedroom/1 bath house (as-is) on a great street in Park Circle in North Charleston, but we are thinking of unloading it because we have another flip going right now.

No Parking is a major disadvantage as most streets do not allow overnight parking.

If any of that changes there will be blood in the streets of the rental market in Denver. 

OR, find a partner here on BP that lives in that area to be feet on the streets. 10% of $60k is $6,000 and just figure out how else you can contribute to the deal.

It's on the corner of two busy streets with a train line in the backyard and a bridge over top as well as power lines.

Because they also verify employment/pay scale plus run background and drug checks on their employees, that simplifies the process for us.
