To be clear, a tenant going to prison never happened to me but I did have a tenant die a couple years ago, I worked with his gf (who lived separately) and son regarding getting his things out and it was a smooth process.

The rest of the windows will come in time.We are in the rainy northwest and when contractors cut the fins to easily slide the windows in the caulking will eventually fail and they will leak.

conventional traditional 15% down financing with one of the lenders i have been using for years. so it was smooth.
